Our team of friendly Rainforest Rangers are ready to show you some of their jungle beasties. Explore the several fascinating creature zones in Hunstanton SEA LIFE Sanctuary with your entrance ticket.

First, join the Rainforest Rangers to meet our very friendly Bosc Monitor Lizard. These lizards are native to Africa and can be found in thick grassland, they also have powerful limbs to help with digging and climbing. Our team of friendly Rainforest Rangers are ready to show you some of their jungle beasties! If you have ever wanted to hold a snake, lizard or a giant creepy crawly from the deepest depths of the jungle, then join us in this NEW interactive experience.

Visit our Seal Rescue Centre to appreciate the resident seals and the latest pups our dedicated animal care team are tentatively caring for. Hunstanton SEA LIFE Sanctuary is home to Norfolk's only seal sanctuary open to visitors. You'll be able to follow the journey of our injured seals through their rescue. Starting from local coastal waters, through rehabilitation and eventually release back into the wild! 

Visit the outside seal enclosure and get a spectacular view from underwater. Get a closer look of our resident seals and learn about their individual stories at the seal feeding presentations throughout the day.

By the Otter River, meet our cheeky chappies Smartie, Twix & Yorkie. They are a family of Asian Short Clawed Otters. Get a sneaky peak into their den via a private viewing glass and watch them play in their specially designed river enclosure, complete with running stream & diving pool. 

In the Ocean Tunnel, the amazing Ocean tank holds 187,500 litres of natural seawater and is home to over 30 amazing different species of fish and our majestic Green Sea Turtle, Ernie!

In the Ocean Display, get face to face with the Blacktip Reef Shark that is a species of requiem shark and belongs to the Carcharhinidae family. These sharks are often identified by the prominent black tips at the end of the fins. These sharks are commonly found inhabiting the tropical coral reefs of the Indian and Pacific Oceans.

Be prepared to be amazed as you come closer than ever before to astonishing colourful assortment of creatures in our Tropical Reef displays filled with Blue Regal Tangs, Clown Fish and much more.

Step out of the ocean and into the hot and humid rainforest to experience what life is like beneath the tropical treetops. Winding through the roots and tree trunks, Amazonia Rivers are home to some spectacular fish, amphibians & reptiles. Get a close look of the Piranhas with ruby-red bellies via our ‘heads-up’ tank for the kids and our Cuvier’s Dwarf Caiman. Get a up close look and see their menacing smile just snapping distance away.

Whatever the weather, there is plenty to do at SEA LIFE Hunstanton. Enjoy the hot summer weather with a cooling cold drink, snacks and a selection of ice creams at the Pirate Kiosk whilst the children play on the adventure playground!
