3. If brining more than one luggage per person, please indicate the number of luggage carrying in the "Special Requirements" field upon making reservation.

4. Please be ready 5mins prior to pick-up time. If arrive 20 mins later than the designated time, it will be marked as 'no show' and won't be entitled to a refund. Please contact our 24hrs Call Center if cannot make it on time for possible adjustment (but not guaranteed).

5. Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
