Operating hours: Open Tuesdays to Sundays; sessions only at 2 pm and 4 pm (Tue–Fri). Closed on Mondays unless stated. Museum closes 12:45 pm–2:00 pm daily for cleaning.

All visitors must reserve a time slot in advance; entry depends on capacity.

Adults must be accompanied by at least one child (12 years and below). Adults alone are not allowed except on special Open House days.

Exhibits are designed for children aged 12 and below.

Children must be supervised at all times; the museum is not a drop-off facility.

Children 12 months and below enter free with minimum purchase of 1 child + 1 adult ticket.

Tickets become invalid if you are more than 10 minutes late; no refunds or rescheduling for late arrivals.
