Bags and backpacks are not allowed during the experience and must be stored in the lockers provided.

Service dogs are permitted for seated experiences only to ensure safety during multi-user VR sessions.

The use of flash photography and tripods is strictly prohibited.

Adult tickets are for guests 18 years and above, child tickets for ages 10–17, and senior tickets for ages 60 and above.

Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian.
