The Robin Hill Cable Car experience begins with booking your ticket, which can be done either online in advance or directly at the ticket counter at Robin Hill Station in Da Lat. Travelers may choose between a one-way ticket to Trúc Lâm Zen Monastery or a round-trip ticket for the full return journey. If booked online, vouchers are redeemed at the counter before boarding.

Once tickets are secured, passengers proceed to the boarding area at Robin Hill Station. Staff assist with the boarding process, and each cabin typically accommodates four to six people. The ride itself takes around 10 to 12 minutes, covering 2.3 kilometers while offering sweeping views of Da Lat city, lush pine forests, flower gardens, and Tuyền Lâm Lake below.

The cable car journey concludes at Trúc Lâm Zen Monastery Station, located near Tuyền Lâm Lake. Here, visitors can explore the monastery’s peaceful grounds, stroll through landscaped gardens, or enjoy lakeside activities. For those with round-trip tickets, the return journey is taken on the same line, bringing passengers back to Robin Hill Station in the city, where the experience ends.
