The ticket is valid for both adults and children. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older while at the attraction.
Other attractions, including the Ultimate Film Star Experience, Spirit of Singapore Boat Ride, Madame Tussauds, and Marvel Universe 4D, will remain open.
Please note that on Thursday, 18 December 2025, the attraction will close early due to a private event, with last entry at 5:00 PM and closing at 6:00 PM.
