1. Time slot reservation is required. Please visit the official website https://www.superpark.com.sg/tickets-third-party-booking/ to make a reservation
- Select the time slot you want to make a reservation, enter the corresponding number of tickets you have purchased, and finally click "Checkout" - Select "Skip" on the socks purchase page if not required
- Fill in your personal information and enter the [booking Number] in the box below "Timeslot Booking"
- After confirmation, go to sign the disclaimer
- Receive the confirmation email and present it together with the e-voucher upon entry

2. All timeslots are limited. If the date and time slot you selected is full, please book the next best available time slot based on the admission ticket type.

3. If you have multiple bookings, you need to enter different booking numbers on the checkout page.

4. On the day of the visit, you need to show your e-ticket + time slot booking voucher to enter.

5. Please note that multiple reservations made on the website using the same booking number will be cancelled.

6. Admission ticket under the same booking must be used once upon admission to the park. No refund or extension will be given for partial use. 7. Admission is limited for all time slots.
