Take your seat on a really comfortable roofed boat and travel with the experts, along the Tarcoles River and the mangrove canals; you will be able to see lots of different kind of birds that live inside the magical rain forest and the particular mangrove vegetation, without leaving behind the impressive American Crocodiles that live on this paradise.

This tour is available for everybody and takes 1 hour and 15 minutes on the river, complementary fruit juice, water and coffee is available on the base camp, as part of this tour, you will also receive a small guide with all the pictures and names from the different birds you could see on this tour so it will be easier to keep a track over the ones the guide will show to you.

Stop, from this point, we will drive back to Puntarenas ‘City, we will show you some of the most visited places, like the shopping area, The Fish Market, Cathedral, Lighthouse, Ferry Station, to finish with the famous “Punta” or “point” the very last part of Puntarenas, where the mangrove, gulf and ocean get together, then will be time to get back to the pier.
