- MICHELIN-FOCUSED DINING: A more dining-centered option featuring multiple restaurants listed in the MICHELIN Guide, offering a refined culinary journey.

For the Street Food + Michelin option, you will visit trusted local eateries to sample Hanoi’s signature street food, with one or two MICHELIN Guide–listed restaurant stops included as highlights. For the Michelin-Focused Dining option, the experience places a stronger emphasis on restaurants listed in the MICHELIN Guide, while still maintaining a balanced flow of tasting stops and cultural exploration.
For both options, your guide shares stories about ingredients, cooking traditions, and the city’s history during short walks between stops.
The experience concludes with a signature local dessert drink, such as Hanoi's famous egg coffee at Giang Cafe. This final stop offers a relaxed moment to reflect on the flavors, stories, and cultural discoveries of the journey.
