We will start in Llanquihue, famous for its cured meats and the Maullín River, bordering the lake towards Frutillar, where you will be surprised by German-style houses and views of the Osorno and Puntiagudo volcanoes. You can visit the German Colonial Museum or walk along the Costanera and admire the Teatro del Lago.
From Frutillar, we will continue to Puerto Octay, a picturesque town with German influence. We will walk through its old streets and the Plaza de Armas before heading to Las Cascadas, enjoying panoramic views until we reach Ensenada for lunch in a natural environment (not included). We will begin our tour by visiting the city of Llanquihue, famous for its cured meats and the place of origin of the Maullín River, it is part of the old Colonos' Route. In the city we will border Lake Llanquihue to head towards Frutillar.
Once we arrive in Frutillar, this beautiful town reminiscent of Bavaria, where its first settlers came from. It emerged in 1856 as a shipping dock, with tanneries, mills, breweries, etc. soon appearing.
We will walk around its beautiful old German-style houses, admiring its well-kept gardens and its incomparable view of the Osorno and Puntiagudo volcanoes.
Optionally, passengers will be able to access the German Colonial Museum that shows the life of the colonists.
Or you can choose to walk along its waterfront and we will observe the Teatro del Lago where the famous “Frutillar Musical Weeks” are held annually with worldwide attendance.
From here we will go to Puerto Octay, also located on the northern shore of the lake, marked by German influence and the first port for agricultural products to Osorno. We will walk through its old streets and Plaza de Armas.
We will head towards the Las Cascadas sector, passing through beautiful panoramic views of the northern sector of Lake Llanquihue where after passing the Villa La Cascada sector we will arrive at Ensenada where we can enjoy the lunch stop (not included).
Departure from Ensenada towards Puerto Varas where we will visit beautiful viewpoints where we can photograph the Lake and the Volcanoes.
