Starting promptly at 7 AM, we set off from our selected hotels to begin our day's adventure.
Our first stop transports us to a serene town, surrounded by picturesque mountain roads. Here, immerse yourself in the warm hospitality of the locals, as this tranquil setting offers a perfect introduction to the enchanting region of Calingasta.
During the journey, we will be able to enjoy natural and panoramic points while we cross this mountainous road. We will continue traveling to Pampa El Leoncito, a plain with a spectacular landscape and well known for the practice of landyatching (Three-wheeled vehicles under sail)
Astronomical Reserve spanning 70 thousand hectares, offering between 270 and 300 clear nights annually, perfect for stargazing. This reserve is the largest and most significant in Argentina and South America. During our guided 45-minute tour, we'll explore the "Jorge Sahade" telescope facilities, marvel at astronomical images, and receive an informative talk about the cosmos.
As we journey back to the city of San Juan, we'll be treated to a breathtaking panoramic vista of Cerro Alcázar, adding an extra touch of beauty to our return journey.
