About this experience

The city Mitad del Mundo, located a few minutes from Quito, is an icon of tourism in Ecuador, in this particular museum we will enjoy some activities of physics, which only happen in the center of the Planet! ! Such as the way in which the water rotates, if you can stop an egg in a nail, among others !!!

At 2:30 PM, we will meet at the United Nations Boulevard (170102 Quito, Ecuador), to get on a bus and start our activity.

After that we will go to the “Ciudad Mitad del Mundo”, where we will make a short tour in the monument that divides the northern hemisphere from the southern hemisphere of the planet.

This element was built in the 18th century, when the French scientific expedition defined the Equatorial line, which divides the world into two equal parts, this is an impossible visit not to do for visitors to the city of Quito.

In the middle of the world where we will live experiences that defy the laws of physics and that occur only in the center of the planet. After the visit we will be able to stamp our passport with a unique and different stamp... The “From the Center of the Planet” stamp.

Once the activity is over, we will return to our starting point.

In the Ciudad Mitad del Mundo, you can explore the cultural sites around the resort
