We will begin the pick up in Puerto Montt, around 08.00 am.
We will continue pick up in Puerto Varas until 8:45 AM approximately.
We will begin our excursion from the city of Puerto Varas through the Pan-American Route. We will head north for 20 km until we reach Frutillar. From there, we will continue our way to Puerto Octay, a town on the northern shore of Lake Llanquihue, marked by German influence and known for being the first port of departure for agricultural products to Osorno. In Puerto Octay, we will walk through its old streets and its charming square, enjoying its rich history and architecture.
Our tour will continue for 54 km through rural landscapes. We will pass through Hacienda Rupanco, where agricultural and livestock activities will offer us a vision of the wealth and fertility of these lands. We will be able to see green fields and grasslands, and enjoy the tranquility of the rural environment.
During the journey, we will reach Lake Rupanco. This beautiful lake will allow us to capture impressive photographs with the mountain range and volcanoes in the background, creating a perfect postcard. The lake, with its crystal clear waters and serene surroundings, is an ideal place to connect with nature and enjoy the scenery.
Our next stop will be Entre Lagos, the first town that will open the door to the Puyehue National Park. This ancient town was an important lumber and service port, from where the production of the Puyehue and Rupanco lakes was taken through a railroad from Osorno. In Entre Lagos, we will learn more about its history and its role in the region, while we admire the wonderful countryside landscapes.
Finally, we will enter the Puyehue National Park, a place that boasts a wide variety of flora and fauna. This park is famous for its natural hot springs, which emerge from the earth with high healing power. We can relax and enjoy the hot springs, surrounded by the lush vegetation and the quiet surroundings of the park
After a day full of discoveries and natural beauty, we will return to our hotel in Puerto Varas. We will arrive around 6:00 p.m., concluding an unforgettable experience that combines history, culture and the majesty of nature
