After picking you up from the hotel (optional), we will begin this adventure towards the town of Pitec.
During the way, we will pass through traditional Quechua towns like Unchus and Llupa, where you will be able to appreciate their adobe houses and their fields of crops.
We will start the trekking after the registration to enter to the Huascaran National Park. Ascending for an hour and a half, we will reach a rocky section with beautiful waterfalls. Then, we will climb a quite challenging path for about 45 more minutes, which will take us to the wonderful Lake Churup (4,450 m.a.s.l.).
Along the route, we will have the opportunity to watch a great biodiversity of flora and fauna. We will walk around this lovely lake with crystal waters, and admiring the amazing landscapes, with plenty time to take pictures and take a well-deserved rest.
At the end, we will back for the same path until reach our transport, and get back to the city of Huaraz.
