Florence & the Medici names are bound together like art and light. For nearly 3 centuries, this illustrious family guided the city’s destiny, nurturing the genius of Michelangelo, financing Brunelleschi’s soaring dome & filling Florence with treasures that still echo through time.
They were more than rulers: they were visionaries, patrons, and seekers of beauty. Their legacy lives on not only in the stones of Florence, but in the spirit of the Renaissance itself.
Join this tour & walk in their footsteps of Medici:
Through the Palazzo Medici Riccardi, austere on the outside, golden within, where the Chapel of the Magi glimmers like a hidden jewel.
Into the Medici Chapels, where marble, mosaic & silence entwine to honor centuries of power & devotion.
Beneath the gaze of Michelangelo’s genius in the New Sacristy, where architecture becomes sculpture & stone seems to breathe.
To follow the Medici is to trace the heartbeat of the Renaissance, where faith, ambition & beauty became one.

The halls of the palace will envelop us in the golden cloak of the Renaissance and the famous pearl, the Chapel of the Magi, will leave us speechless.
From the palaces of life, we continue to the resting place of the Medici — the majestic Medici Chapels. Here, Michelangelo’s New Sacristy reveals its sculptural brilliance, where stone is shaped into both art and devotion. Nearby rises the Chapel of the Princes, a monumental mausoleum shimmering with Florentine mosaics of marble and semi-precious stones. Beneath it all lies the solemn Crypt, where generations of Medici Grand Dukes and their families rest in eternal splendor.
We will meet you in front of the main door of Medici Palace, 15 minutes before the tour starting time with the following sign "The Medicis Group Tour: Lorenzo The Magnificent, The Dynasty, The Palace and the TV Series".
