As you sit back and relax, a veteran oyster farmer will share the history of oyster farming and the secrets behind producing world-class oysters. Learn how to shuck like a pro and have the option to purchase local sparkling wine to complement these delicious morsels.

For an even more immersive experience, upgrade to the 3-hour Oyster Farm and Bay Tour. This extended journey cruises 16km into the crystal-clear turquoise waters to an oyster farm. Along the way, you'll marvel at the stunning Coffin Bay coastline, with views of secluded islands, pillowy beaches, and, if you're lucky, playful pods of dolphins. This tour includes waders, allowing you to walk among the oyster beds in the calm waters.

Your day also includes visiting Coffin Bay National Park, home to some of the Eyre Peninsula's best beaches, including Almonta Beach, and a habitat for many kangaroos and emus.
