Bus air conditioning can be cold. You may want to bring along long sleeve clothing or a light jacket

Depending on weather, the sea can get rough so please bring seasickness medicine if you are apt to get seasick.

The launching site may change daily. Please check with BIG Cruise team for the daily launching site location and launching time. Launching location will be messaged on the day of the tour.

• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended
• Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
• Minimum drinking age is 21 years
• Seats are assigned prior to check-in depending on your purchase package and will not be known in advance of the performance
• Pick up bus will leave 3 minutes after the pick up time. Please wait at meeting point 5 minutes before the pick up time.
• Transportation will not be provided if hotel details are not provided at time of booking. Please proceed directly.

Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation.
