What makes this experience unique is being able to discover the Delta and the Rio de la Plata through the eyes of someone who grew up sailing there. It’s not a typical sightseeing tour, but a personal and local journey guided by a river lover who wants to share his passion for nautical and be able to infect them a little. I study naval architecture so I studied a lot about nautical history in Argentina, I work in my family's nautical hardware store and I come from generations of boat builders, so every detail is full of passion and knowledge. As we sail, I share stories, hidden canals and local traditions while enjoying a few mattes, bills and the calm of the river. You will see Buenos Aires from the water and sunset reflected in the Delta. It is an authentic experience designed to make them fall in love with the river as I have been since I was a child.
CHOPPED WITH ARGENTINE WINE<br/>WE SAIL TO SEE THE FULL MOON: We sail down the river of silver and slow down to see the rise of the full moon.
First we will board the boat in the club "Marina del Sol" where we sail to the river lujan seeing all the nature of the Tigre Delta. We'll sail along the Lujan River.
As we sail along the lujan river, almost leaving at the mouth with the silver river we will see from the water in the land the "CATHEDRAL SAN ISIDRO LABRADOR" that stands out for the contrast of trees and nature as there are no buildings in that area because it is a historic center.
After seeing the cathedral, we will already be sailing on the river of silver and we will see all the building and the stunning view of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and how it contrasts with the nature that is around it, from ecological parks with a lot of diversity of flora and the river with its sets of reed islands that form around it.
Sailing over the Rio de la Plata we will enjoy sailing without engine pollution and listening to the peace of nature, along with informative talks about sailing and data about what we will be seeing from the river as the emblematic buildings of Buenos Aires and Puerto Madero.
After the sailing, we will anchor in front of San Isidro, where they will be able to eat some Argentine "bills" like "Medialunas" next to the typical "MATE", but there will also be cookies and coffee or tea.
After snacking we will start to see how the sun starts to fall and the tall buildings of Puerto Madero start to reflect the sunlight and we will see the sun fall behind the nature of the city, and then the sky starts to tinge orange/pink.
And after the spectacular sunset as it begins to dark we start to return to San Fernando where we begin the tour to return to the yacht club.
On the sign of the train station on the coast that says "NEW MARINA" there we find some directions and we go to the boat in front, in the yacht club, 2 minutes walk.
