After You Book:
Once your booking is confirmed, we will contact you via WhatsApp or email to verify all your pickup details (time, address, etc.). For airport transfers, please provide us with your flight number so we can track your arrival.
On the Day of Your Pickup:
For airport arrivals, your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall after you pass through customs and baggage claim. They will be holding a sign with your name on it for easy identification. The driver will wait for up to 60 minutes after your flight has landed. For hotel/riad pickups, the driver will meet you at the reception or the agreed-upon meeting point.
During Your Trip:
Enjoy a private, comfortable, and safe transfer in a modern, air-conditioned vehicle (e.g., fiat scoudo, Renault trafic, Hyundai H1, or similar). Our drivers are professional, punctual, and speak French, Arabic, Spanish and English to ensure smooth communication.
At Your Destination (Drop-off):
You will be dropped off directly at your destination. For riads located in the Medina (old city), the drop-off will be at the nearest accessible point, as many areas are pedestrian-only. Your driver will be happy to assist you with your luggage.
