At 8:45, our team member will meet you at Pavle Ingorokva Street (350 meters away from Liberty Square) with the "Authentic Georgia" sign.

Stop at the Jinvali Water Reservoir, created in the 1980s. Once a flourishing town, it was flooded to build the reservoir and dam. Now, turquoise waters hide underwater towns.

Continue to the 17th-century Ananuri Fortress, rich with panoramic views and legends. Home to one of the noble family’s residences, located on the military highway.

Head to Kazbegi for lunch with a local family. Learn how to make Khinkali, a traditional Georgian dumpling and enjoy a homemade lunch with fresh, local ingredients.
