For over 8,000 years, Georgians have been making wine using ancient techniques that have been preserved through generations. This rich tradition, deeply woven into the fabric of Georgian genes, has been rightfully honored by UNESCO as part of the world’s Intangible Cultural Heritage. Along with winemaking, Georgians are known for their toasts, pouring their heart and soul into them. The only way to fully understand the Georgian spirit is to be a part of Sufra, an unforgettable experience with a Georgian toast master, wine and food. So… Come along on the journey.
