The adventure begins in the heart of Oaxaca, heading to the prehistoric caves of Mitla. In a journey of 1 h 20 min we will enjoy landscapes of the Tlacolula Valley and its mountains. At San Pablo Villa de Mitla, a UNESCO World Heritage site, a local guide will take you on an easy 1.5 h hike between caves and ancient cave paintings that reveal thousands of years of history. Then, after a 20-minute walk, we will taste the best of Oaxacan cuisine at Tlacolula Market, with options for all tastes. To close with a golden clasp, we will visit a Zapotec family that will open the doors of their home and their art: natural wool dyeing and pedal loom weaving. After living with them for an hour, we will return to Oaxaca City with a heart full of culture, flavors and living traditions.

Then we will travel 20 min to Tlacolula Market to taste typical food with vegan and vegetarian options (50–60 min). Our last stop will be with a Zapotec family who will share their culture and textile art with wool dyed with natural dyes and woven on a pedal loom (1 h). We will return to Oaxaca in 40 min.
