2. Personalized Confirmation and Support

Shortly after booking, our reservations team reviews the information for accuracy.
Guests receive:

A confirmation email with trip details and driver assignment timeline.

Access to modify or update flight information.

A reminder that car seats and boosters are complimentary upon request.

3. Flight Tracking and Dispatch

On the day of travel, our operations team tracks the guest’s flight in real time to adjust pickup time automatically in case of delays or early arrivals.
Once the flight lands, the assigned chauffeur receives notification to prepare for meet and greet service at Orlando International Airport (MCO).

4. Meet and Greet at the Airport

Upon arrival at MCO:

Guests receive a text message from their driver with instructions and the exact meeting spot number at the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1).

For arrivals with “Meet and Greet” service, the driver will be waiting inside the terminal with a sign displaying the guest’s name.

Drivers assist with luggage and escort guests to their luxury vehicle parked nearby.

5. Relax and Enjoy the Ride

Guests settle into their clean, climate-controlled, luxury vehicle — often stocked with bottled water and comfortable seating.

6. Drop-Off at Walt Disney World Resort

The journey concludes at any of the Walt Disney World Resorts or surrounding hotels.
Drivers confirm the drop-off location (main lobby or designated guest entrance) and assist with luggage.
Before leaving, guests often receive a friendly reminder to confirm their return transfer for departure day.
