Depart Zanzibar at 6:00 AM on a one-hour charter flight to Mtemere Airstrip, enjoying stunning coastal and wilderness views. Upon arrival at 7:15 AM, meet your guide for a short briefing before starting your morning game drive in Nyerere National Park. Spot elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, hippos, and possibly leopards or wild dogs amid beautiful riverine forests and savannahs. Around 12:30 PM, enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush, then continue your afternoon drive to explore more wildlife and scenic viewpoints. Return to the airstrip by 3:30 PM for your 4:00 PM flight back to Zanzibar, arriving between 5:30–6:00 PM.
