Experience papercraf and coloring the giant goldfish float slated for the “Midwinter Nebuta Festival” while receiving instruction from master Nebuta artist Tatsuta Ryuhou, who crafts the large floats for the Nebuta Festival—one of Tohoku's Three Great Festivals.
You can also try coloring the “Oniwakamaru” float, created by Mr. Tatsuta 20 years ago for Asamushi Nursery School (at the time).
No special preparation is needed to participate.
