Begin your adventure with a convenient pickup from your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter between 7:15 and 7:45 AM.
If you are staying outside the Old Quarter, please come to our meeting point at 37A Hang Thung Street, Hanoi, by 7:30 AM. The final pickup location is at the Hanoi Opera House at 7:45 AM.
From there, enjoy a comfortable 2.5-hour drive to Ninh Binh, with a short rest stop along the way to stretch your legs.
Arrive at our restaurant in Ninh Binh, then take a bicycle to begin your journey to Hoa Lu. Enjoy a scenic ride through the beautiful countryside and limestone mountains along a unique route.
If you don’t know how to ride a bicycle or you are not used to cycling, the driver will take you by bus instead. The bike ride is a short and optional activity for free, and we do not recommend it for those who are not comfortable with cycling.
Visit Hoa Lu - the historic temples of King Dinh and King Le. With insights from our local guide, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of Vietnam’s rich history. After the visit, get back to the restaurant.

After lunch, head to Trang An – the UNESCO World Natural Heritage site. Spend approximately 2 hours exploring the stunning landscape on a traditional sampan boat( rowed by local people, 4 passengers / 1 boat). Challenge yourself with a climb of nearly 500 stone steps to the summit of Lying Dragon Mountain, where a spectacular 360-degree panoramic view of Tam Coc's limestone peaks and winding rivers awaits – a unforgettable highlight of the day.
After a day of exploration, relax on the journey back to Hanoi, where you'll be dropped off at your hotel or meeting point.
