Our first stop will be the Company Gardens where we will kick off our tastings with some traditional Mauritian sweet treats and learn some important history of the island.

We will take a bit of time to discover the flora, fauna & iconic Dodo bird native to Mauritius.

We take a look inside the second biggest Mosque of the Island before continuing our tasting journey.

We will explore this important district of Port Louis, tasting some Chinese sweet and savoury specialties.

We will enter the bustling Central Market of Port Louis to glimpse the amazing variety of fruit and veg available before refreshing our palette with a tasty Mauritian drink.
