What you'll see

1. Flight Guests

Pick-up:
After passing through Immigration and Customs and collecting your luggage, exit into the main terminal. You’ll see restrooms on your right and a coffee shop called Espresso Americano next to them.

We’ll be waiting directly across from the coffee shop with a sign showing our logo and your name. Once we greet you, we’ll confirm your booking, and your driver will bring the vehicle to the gate. Please wait for them there with all your luggage.

We recommend using the restrooms before leaving the airport.

Return Trip:
For your return transfer, we’ll pick you up at the entrance or lobby of your hotel, Airbnb, or drop-off location.

For international flights, pick-up is 3 hours before your departure time.
For domestic flights, pick-up is 2 hours before departure.

Please have your bags ready and check out before your driver arrives to avoid delays.

2. Ferry Guests

Pick-up:
Your driver will be waiting near the luggage collection area with a sign showing our logo and your name. Please meet them after collecting all your luggage to avoid delays.

They will either guide you to the vehicle or bring it to you for convenience, so there’s no need to walk far. Make sure your luggage is ready before leaving the terminal.

Return Trip:
We will pick you up at the entrance or lobby of your hotel, Airbnb, or drop-off location. Your driver will confirm your pick-up time by text or message in advance.

Pick-up times are usually 1 to 2 hours before your scheduled ferry departure, depending on your location.

3. Cruise Ship Guests

Cruise guests must provide the local time they plan to disembark so our driver can meet them promptly.

Your driver will wait up to 60 minutes after your scheduled meeting time. If there are any delays, please contact us by email, WhatsApp, or phone.

Return transfers will depart from the same location where you were originally dropped off. Please ensure your return drop-off happens at least 3 hours before your ship’s departure.

3.1 Mahogany Bay

Independent shuttle companies are not allowed inside the cruise terminal for pick-ups (only for drop-offs).

To meet your driver, you must exit the terminal and go down to the main road. You can walk downhill for about 7 minutes or take a $2 cab per person to the meeting point.

Your driver will be holding a sign with our logo and your name. There will be many tour operators in the area, so please double-check before leaving.

3.2 Port of Roatan

After leaving your ship, walk through the main building and atrium, passing the tour and excursion booths.

At the end of the walkway, make a left turn toward Gate 2 (left) or Gate 3 (right). As you exit, you’ll see several tour operators waiting outside.

Your driver will be there holding a sign with our logo and your name.
