The tour begins at 4:00 a.m. with a hotel pickup in Cusco. Private transportation will take us south through the stunning Andean highlands. Along the way, we will admire remote valleys and ancient farmlands.

Upon arrival in the peaceful town of Layo, we will have a warm breakfast at a local restaurant to prepare for the day’s hike. Here, we will meet our guide and receive a detailed briefing about the Pallay Punchu tour.

We will start hiking towards Pallay Punchu Mountain, also called the “sharp-edged mountain.” The trail winds through pristine Andean landscapes, featuring snowy peaks and alpine lakes.
