Please note that your driver does not park on airport grounds. It will take approximately 5 minutes for the driver to come around once you are ready for pickup.

After you clear Immigration and Customs and exit the arrival area, you will be greeted by one of our friendly drivers holding a welcome sign with the PENNINGTON TOURS logo and the lead guest’s name. You’ll receive assistance with your luggage and be escorted to a clean, comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle, where complimentary refreshments will be provided.

The ride to your resort or hotel will take approximately 10–15 minutes. Upon arrival, the driver will unload your luggage and extend warm well wishes for the start of your stay.

Departure Information:

For your return trip, please be in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Drivers are only able to wait in the lobby for a maximum of 10 minutes. Once you meet your driver, you will be transported back to the airport, which also takes approximately 10–15 minutes.
