Airport Transfer Process
1. Booking Confirmation
Clients book their transfer in advance, providing flight details, arrival time, and hotel information (Livingstone or Victoria Falls).
A confirmation email or message is sent with driver details and pickup instructions.
2. Arrival at the Airport
Upon arrival at Victoria Falls International Airport (Zimbabwe) or Harry Mwanga Nkumbula International Airport (Livingstone, Zambia), clients are welcomed by a driver holding a placard with their name or company logo.
Assistance is given with luggage from the arrivals area to the vehicle.
3. Transfer to Hotel
Clients are driven in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle directly to their specified hotel in either Livingstone (Zambia) or Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe).
For cross-border transfers, the driver assists with immigration procedures at the border before continuing to the hotel.
4. Hotel Drop-off
Clients are safely dropped at the entrance of their hotel.
The driver ensures luggage is off-loaded and clients are comfortably checked into the property.
5. Hotel to Airport (Return Transfer)
On departure day, clients are collected from their hotel lobby at the agreed time.
They are transferred back to either Livingstone International Airport or Victoria Falls International Airport in time for flight check-in.
