Our guide who will pick them up and take them for the tour will come with them at the starting points and pay for their entrance fees and permits on the day of the tour or when they start the tour. The travellers need to travel with our guide who will pay for their entry fees and permits. We shall also need a screen shot of each travellers passport showing the page that shows the details of each traveller in advance at least two days before each traveller travels in order to be able to pay for their entrance fees.
Meeting point
Our guide will call the lead traveler via phone at least a day before the tour and find out which hotel the travellers are staying in and pick them from the reception of their hotel. Go to the reception of your hotel and look out for a guide with a sign post showing the lead travellers name.
Important notes
Our guide who will pick them up and take them to Bwindi will come with their permits and pay for their entrance fees when they reach Bwindi Impenetrable Forrest National Park. The travellers need to travel with our guide to get entry permits. We shall also need a screen shot of each travellers passport showing the page that shows the details of each traveller in advance at least two days before each traveller travels in order to be able to pay for their permits and entrance fees.
