Wildlife Sightings
Addo is most famous for its elephants—over 1200 of them roam the park. But there's much more:
• Big 5: Elephant, lion, buffalo, leopard (rare), and black rhino.
• Other animals: Warthogs, zebras, kudu, eland, red hartebeest, jackals, hyenas, and meerkats.
• Birds: Over 400 species, including the flightless dung beetle (unique to Addo), ostriches, and secretary birds.
We will be touring the Northern and Southern sections of the park and going to all the water holes where we will have the best chance of seeing these giants up close. This tour is a private tour because we do not mix guests from different families.
