Embark on a sustainable one-day adventure on an electric motorcycle, starting in Kalasatama, a modern waterfront district in Helsinki known for its eco-conscious urban design. From here, ride along the scenic old Route 110, heading toward the heart of Finnish nature.
Your first stop after 24 kilometers is the charming Bemböle Coffee House, a historic wooden cottage from the 18th century. It's the perfect place for a relaxing coffee break surrounded by green surroundings.
From Bemböle Coffeehouse, the route to Lake Haukkalampi is about 17 km. The ride passes through Nuuksio National Park along scenic, winding roads with many curves and elevation changes. Part of the journey follows gravel tracks, for which the motorcycles are specially equipped. At Haukkalampi, guests can walk and enjoy breathtaking lake views. The next stop will be Haltia Nature Centre.
Then continue to Nuuksio National Park, one of Finland’s most beautiful natural reserves just outside the city. At Haltia Nature Centre, you’ll find:
A charging station for electric vehicles and motorcycles, where you can recharge if needed.
Restaurant Haltia, serving delicious local Finnish dishes made from seasonal ingredients.
After lunch, guests can enjoy a short 2 km hike along the Maahisenkierros Trail leading to the scenic Maahisenkierros Observation Deck.
Return route
After visiting Haltia, the journey back to Helsinki continues via the Aalto University campus in Otaniemi, a hub of Finnish innovation and design. The route then crosses the scenic island of Kuusisaari, home to the Didrichsen Art Museum, renowned for its collection of Finnish and Scandinavian art, modern architecture, and sea views.
The adventure ends at our Kalasatama office, where we welcome travelers back and assist with parking the motorcycles.
