The excursion begins at our sales point heading north, leaving from Mindelo and following dirt roads. Above Mindelo, from the viewpoint, you'll have the best views of the city, Monte Cara, and Praia da Laginha. The tour continues along coastal trails until reaching the fishing village of Salamansa, where you can admire the breathtaking landscape of the long, white sandy beach and the incredible cliffside overlooking the sea. The tour proceeds along a coastal trail to Baía das Gatas, where you can enjoy the warm, crystal-clear water of the bay for a refreshing swim and a drink. You’ll continue driving along the coastal trails, where you’ll be amazed by the coastal scenery and the deep blue ocean. Continuing to Ribeira de Calhau, you'll be able to appreciate the local crops and the island's interior. On the way back to Mindelo, you'll get to know the colonial architectural style of the colorful city buildings. The tour ends with your return to our shop in the city.
