What you'll see

1. Booking Confirmation
Travelers book the Desert Safari online, through a hotel concierge, or directly via phone/WhatsApp.
After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation message with:
Pickup time & location
What to bring (e.g., ID, sun protection, etc.)
What’s included (dune bashing, camel ride, dinner, etc.)
2. Pickup Coordination
A reminder is sent via message (SMS, WhatsApp, or email) a few hours before pickup.
Pickup usually takes place from your hotel, residence, or a pre-agreed location.
Our driver will contact you upon arrival and may wait up to 10–15 minutes.
3. Hotel/Residence Pickup
You’ll be picked up in a 4x4 air-conditioned vehicle, shared or private, depending on your booking.
The vehicle may make a few additional stops to pick up other guests if part of a group tour.
️ 4. Drive to the Desert
The journey to the desert takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Along the way, the driver may stop at a meeting point/rest area where multiple vehicles regroup.
You’ll have the chance to use restrooms or buy refreshments.
️ 5. Desert Entry & Dune Bashing
Once in the desert, the driver will deflate the tires for better grip on the sand.
Dune bashing begins — an exciting ride over sand dunes, lasting 20–30 minutes.
Optional stop for photos on the dunes or sunset viewing.
6. Camp Arrival & Activities
Arrive at the Bedouin-style desert camp.
Enjoy activities like:
Camel rides
Sandboarding
Henna painting
Falcon photography
Soft drinks, tea, and snacks are typically served on arrival.

A buffet BBQ dinner is provided (veg & non-veg options).

8. Return Trip
After dinner and the final show, you’ll be guided back to the vehicle.
The driver inflates the tires and begins the return journey.
You’ll be dropped off at your original pickup location (or nearby upon request).
9. Drop-Off & Feedback
Drop-off is usually between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM, depending on the location and group.
Guests may receive a follow-up message thanking them and inviting feedback or a review.
