They will admire the architectural mastery of the three pyramids: Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, and learn about their rich history from ancient Egypt. Depending on the tour, travelers may also have the chance to enter one of the pyramids, or, if they wish, enjoy a camel ride or a traditional horse-drawn carriage ride around the plateau. Travelers will discover two of Egypt’s most important ancient sites in one journey. At Memphis, the first capital of unified Egypt, they will explore the open-air museum showcasing remarkable artifacts, including the colossal statue of Ramses II and the magnificent alabaster Sphinx.
