16.30: VietSilk tourguide will pick you up at your hotel by electric car and depart to the market. On the way, the tour guide will introduce you about Hoian history and explain to you why Hoi An cuisine has so many influences.
16.45: We will visit one of the famous local markets in Hoi An where local people sell all products that they grow or raise by themselves. During the time you walk around the market, you have a chance to taste some kind of seasoning fruits which are available there for the food tasting: You will walk along small allies to go to the food stores that are known by the locals. Especially those families that have run the business for many decades and many generations of the family with the same recipes. The dishes you will try:
