Ticket Validity and Important Guidelines
This ticket is valid for 4 consecutive days upon reservation, covering both park admission and the eco-shuttle bus service.
Please Note:
1. Daily Entry Reservation: You must pre-book your daily entry time slot and park gate in advance. This is strictly enforced.
2. Ticket Activation: On your first visit, a staff member will help you activate your ticket. For subsequent entries, simply present your passport or use facial recognition for direct access.
3. Recommended Gates: The East Gate and South Gate are the most convenient access points.
4. Route Options at East Gate: The East Gate currently offers Route A and Route B, which head in different directions. You may choose freely between them.

Each passport is limited to one ticket purchase within any 4-day period. Duplicate bookings across platforms may cause order failure.
Enter strictly at your reserved gate and time. We may assist with personal entry issues, but all related losses are the visitor's responsibility.
No partial refunds for used services. Unused rides on transportation passes are non-refundable.
Wild macaques are present. Do not feed, touch, or provoke them. Contact staff immediately for insurance claims if injured.
Open flames and smoking outside designated areas are prohibited. Violators will be fined according to park regulations.
Important notes
On your first day, we recommend entering the park through the East Gate, which is the most convenient of the five entrance gates to the National Forest Park and also the closest to the core scenic areas.
On the second day, we suggest entering through the South Gate, which serves as a convenient starting point for visiting the Yellow Rock Village area, Golden Whip Stream, or taking the cable car to Yangjiajie.
