The Thai Go Day Pass gives you unlimited rides on electric and air-conditioned buses and boats within the Thai Smile Group network for your chosen validity period; 1, 2, or 3 days. These buses and boats run from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM across Bangkok, making it easy to explore the city comfortably. Redeem your Thai Go Day Pass and discover all available routes, bus stops, piers, and real-time arrival estimates conveniently through the TSB Go Plus app.

Steps to prepare before your trip:
1. Download the TSB GO Plus app — available on [IOS] and [Android].
2. Search “Thai Go” in your email inbox to find your Confirmation Email.
3. Open the attached file named “Ticket” — it contains your QR Code and Redemption Code.
4. In the TSB GO Plus app, select “Tourist Mode” → “Pass” → “Add Pass.”
You can either scan the QR Code or manually enter your Redemption Code.
(The pass must be redeemed within 365 days from your purchased date)
5. Your Day Pass validity period begins once your QR Code is generated for the first time.
6. Scan your QR Code when boarding any Thai Smile Bus or Thai Smile Boat.
(No need to scan again when you get off.)
The Thai Go Day Pass is valid only on vehicles operated by Thai Smile Group, including Thai Smile Bus and Thai Smile Electric Boat routes.
It cannot be used on other transportation systems such as BTS, MRT, taxis, tuk-tuks, or private boats.
