When a Reservation is received, Customer Service will always contact the customer to confirm the race and provide the following information:
• Check-out and arrival DE address,
DE telephone number,
• DE flight number (if applicable),
• type DE vehicle chosen,
• name and number of the driver,

At the airport, the driver waits for the passenger with a sign bearing either the passenger’s name or the company DE.
