The journey begins from the center, we drive about 10 minutes to the Likan-Antay Viewpoint, where we stop for photos and to enjoy the scenery.

After a 20-minute drive, we arrive at the Cordillera de la Sal. Here we make a stop to admire a rock formation that looks just like the World Cup trophy.

From this point, we continue exploring by car and also on foot with short walks.

After the viewpoint, explore the Star Wars filming area and the Salt Mountain in the Cordillera de la Sal, a striking Mars-like landscape of salt and gypsum formations shaped by tectonic activity and erosion.
Discover how the rocks expand and crack under the desert sun, and visit an abandoned miners’ bus from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. This unique tour combines natural wonders with a glimpse into the region’s mining history.

Finally, enjoy a refreshing drink before returning to town to conclude the tour. If you’re lucky, you’ll witness a breathtaking desert sunset over the Cordillera de la Sal.
