Payment Terms
The RENTER agrees to pay the full rental amount as follows:

50% upon booking confirmation (via email).

50% before boarding.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 15 days of the scheduled date: the renter may reschedule for another available date under the same conditions.
If no alternative date is available, the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations with more than 15 days’ notice: 80% of the paid amount will be refunded.

In cases of force majeure (e.g., weather conditions), the renter will be notified immediately.

In case of mechanical failure, the vessel will be replaced with another of similar size and category. If the replacement has a lower value, the price will be adjusted accordingly.

If no suitable replacement is available, or if the service cannot be provided, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Condition and Responsibility
The RENTER acknowledges receiving the vessel and all equipment in perfect working, clean, and presentable condition, and agrees to return everything in the same state at the end of the rental.

The RENTER is fully responsible for any damage caused to the vessel, accessories, or equipment due to misuse, negligence, or carelessness by themselves or their guests. In such cases, the renter agrees to cover all repair or replacement costs.

The OWNER shall not be held liable for the loss, damage, or destruction of any personal belongings of the renter or their guests during the rental period.
