About this experience

Visit the charming village of Pluma Hidalgo, the coffee-growing heart of Oaxaca at 1300 meters above sea level.

The first visit will be the town of Santa Maria Huatulco, where you explore its main church and murals.

We continue the route to the coffee village Pluma Hidalgo where we will visit a coffee producer, who shares his passion while enjoying a cup of his artisan coffee.

Stroll through the streets of the village, watch the local church and capture moments in iconic letters. Learn about the process of growing on a farm.

We'll stop to explore the following sites: the main church, the municipal esplanade, and the murals in the municipal palace; you'll gain insight into the daily life of this traditional community.

We will visit the town of Pluma Hidalgo, a coffee-growing town, where we will do the following:

We will visit the home of a local coffee producer. He will welcome us with a cup of artisanal coffee and tell us about the cultivation, the harvest and his love for his land;

We will walk through the main streets of the town. We will admire its church and take photos in the colorful letters of Pluma Hidalgo;

We moved to visit a coffee farm;
We will walk among coffee plantations, visit the plant nursery, and learn about the use of organic fertilizer;

We will return to the producer's house to learn about the machine roasting process and the natural drying of the beans;

We will conclude the visit with a typical local meal, served in a warm and family-friendly atmosphere.
