Stop 1

We will travel on both paved and un-paved roads as we show you some of the less seen areas of the park. We will stop at multiple places show and discuss various landscape features, local history, fauna and flora. You will learn a lot about this fascinating Dr. Seuss-like looking place.

Meeting point

Enter the park from the West Entrance (in Joshua Tree, not 29 Palms) and proceed 5.5 mile from the West entry gate to Hidden Valley Trailhead parking lot. There you turn right and we will meet you there with our van and trailer.
