On the day of the tour, it may not be possible to visit the Blue Cave due to wave conditions. In such cases, the tour will be changed to an alternate location with many tropical fish and coral. Please note that no refunds will be given in this case.
The shop is located in Onna Village on the main island of Okinawa. If you mistakenly make a reservation thinking we are located on a remote island, the standard cancellation fees will still apply.
The staff are Japanese. Please understand that guidance will be provided using simple English and translation apps.
No refunds will be given in any of the following cases: • Ineligibility to participate on the day due to medical history or being under the influence of alcohol • Cancellations due to changes in the tour location • Late arrival • Any other cancellations due to customer circumstances
For bookings of three or more people, the tour will be private. For bookings of two people or fewer, you may be grouped with other guests depending on availability.
The eligible age for participation is from 3 to 60 years old.

Meeting point

・The meeting time is 15 minutes before your scheduled reservation time.
Please note that if you arrive late, we may not be able to take you on the tour.
・After meeting at the Island Club parking lot, please proceed to the orange tent within the parking area for check-in.
