Airport Pick-Up – Real-Time Flight Tracking
Meet & Greet Option(additional ¥3000): Your driver will wait in the arrival hall holding a sign with your name. Includes 60 minutes of free waiting time after your flight lands.
Non Meet & Greet Option: A detailed map with the exact pick-up location will be sent to you in advance.
Non-Airport Pick-Up
For city or hotel pick-ups, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes at the confirmed meeting point (e.g. hotel lobby or entrance).

Each airport transfer includes a maximum of 60 minutes waiting time from the scheduled pick-up time.
