Imagine : the sun sets slowly over the harbour, a gentle sea breeze sweeps through the palm trees, and you’re standing – shaker in hand – in the middle of our stylish bar school in the heart of Cala d’Or. Not an ordinary evening, but your very own mixology experience.
We don’t just teach you – you are inspired. Under the guidance of our experienced bartenders, you will immerse yourself in the art of cocktail mixing. You will not only learn how to make drinks – you will learn how to compose flavours, how textures dance on the tongue and how to create true taste explosions with precision and passion.
We work with homemade syrups, liqueurs and bitters – every ingredient carefully created by our team. You’ll mix, experiment, smell, taste these treasures – and create your own signature drinks. Every move, every drop tells a story.
