Identification and Personalized Assistance
Upon arrival, a greeter wearing our company logo will be waiting for the customer in the cafeteria area at Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).
This person will assist the customer with everything needed: baggage collection, locating the vehicle, answering questions, and more.

Pickup
Once the customer is ready, the greeter will escort them to the vehicle, which will be parked in the designated transportation area.

During the Ride
The transfer is direct to the selected hotel or destination. All our vehicles are comfortable and air-conditioned.
If the customer needs to make a brief stop (in private transfers), it can be arranged without any issue.

Arrival at Destination
The driver will drop the customer off directly at the main entrance of the hotel or the agreed location.
