During the class, you’ll create:

- First course: fresh handmade tortillas seasoned with onion powder, white pepper, black pepper and dried basil
- Second course: vegan tacos filled with zucchini blossoms, portobello mushrooms, onions and epazote or peppermint
- Third course: hearty black bean stew with porchetta and longaniza or chorizo
